What is meditation and why should you meditate?

When you dive deep into the world soul, you realize that there is no space and no time. You find your way and your task and experience incomprehensible love, a feeling of “coming home” and absolute universal belonging, which makes you free and redeems you.

In meditation you train to focus your thoughts, that is, to connect them clearly with a specific intention. This becomes very strong when the consciousness and heart resonate with love. This is called brain-heart coherence.
Your consciousness has unrestricted access to all information and knowledge in the universe, because the entire cosmos resides as a quantum conscious hologram within each and every one of us.

If you meditate regularly, you will immediately recognize your intuition and synchronicities.
Your trained consciousness is much more efficient than any technology we know. It is immensely comforting to know that we can heal ourselves with it.
The more you let go, surrender, immerse yourself in the world soul, the faster the electricity in your DNA conducts. The faster the electricity conducts in your DNA, the faster you can heal yourself.

You change the quantum level through your devotion to “Thus Being”. It doesn’t matter if the body is made of physical matter or electromagnetic energy or quantum energy because the consciousness that underlies all of these energies can change them all.
You begin to understand that you are responsible for what happens to you. This motivates you to determine your own thoughts with your own intention.
